Perpetually Neutral improves to 3-1-2 early in the season, while Shockers drop to 0-3.
Coupled with a win in their previous game, Perpetually Neutral has now won two in a row.
The loss continues a 2 game skid for Shockers which now extends to 3 losses in a row. .Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Oct 20 2014, 22:00, a Fairfax County Flag Football League "C" regular season game which Shockers won 32-6.
