This is the second time Venom shutout an opponent this season. The victory continues a 3 game winning streak for Venom which now stands at 4 wins in a row.
The loss ended a 5 game winning streak for Abusement Park. This is the first time Abusement Park failed to score against an opponent this season.This was the first meeting between these two teams.
