Showtime - Winch improves to 4-2-1 in the late stretch of the season, while Venom drops to 3-3.
This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by Showtime - Winch, and the third time Showtime - Winch shutout an opponent this season. Coupled with a win in their previous game, Showtime - Winch has now won two in a row.
This is the second time Venom failed to score against an opponent this season. The loss comes on the heels of a Venom victory in their last game.
This was the first meeting between these two teams.
Venom will face off against Primetime (5-0-1) on Oct 30 2014, 20:00 at Braddock Park.
