As you know, Tom has started recording the weeknight games, but we are still paying people to keep stats. My question to everyone is would you rather have your game film, stats, both? You could potentially derive the stats from the game film...

Agreed; Stats are usually inflated to begin with b/c they never honestly depict how good an individual or a team actually is; film gives teams a better opportunity to prep and game plan for weekly opponents |

Game film is a much better scouting tool. If I were still playing, and not working on my Jimmy Smits biography (damn he`s good in SoA!) I would kick Tommy in the nuts if I caught him taping my games. No way in hell would I want him putting that kind of info on my team up. Especially this close to states. |

Put the film up after seasons end. This way there is no rush to get it done every week. No one is wasting time film studying a team. And we still get a chance to see how pathetic we actually look playing football. |

Not so fast my friends!!! With the technology gap becoming so vastly gigantic, it honestly only takes MINUTES these days to upload a video of any kind, regardless of length and format; I think game film can effect teams equally negative as much as positive HOWEVER, compared to stats, I still think teams would rather see themselves and their opponents rather than just stats |
