Shockers look like a bunch of guys that are decent enough players, but don`t want to add/subtract guys and move up to A. If they want to live in C or stay in a lower division like Helltown does, who cares? Personally though, I would prefer more experienced teams to at the very least play B/B+ so that newer teams have an opportunity each week to play teams at their level and get better.
