Ok. Stupid question, but I don`t feel like reading the rules to find it. Metal cleats, yes or no?

This is not a stupid question- very good question. I know for a fact no metal.

Yeah. I have them for baseball, and prefer them over molded cleats. Oh well...off to the store I go.
