Is it okay to play with velcro flags? What if a team didn`t have the "flag-a-tag flags"? Couldn`t both teams use the velcro ones to make it even?

You should just buy the real flags. The velcro flags will fall apart regardless.

You definitely need SONIC flags. NO VELCRO FLAGS. The officials have a harder time spotting the ball with the velcro. Using the sonic flags it is easier to spot the ball combinating the sound "pop" from sonic flags along with where someone may/may not hold the flag up. Thank you for your understanding.

Also try www.footballamerica.com. They`re located in Columbia, MD. I coach my son`s 5-7 flag football team and they have everything you need in regard to football.

We do NOT require sonic pop flags, but it is to YOUR advantage as a team to use them (harder to pull and they don`t fall off as easy). At the State Tournament they provide sonic flags on the field.

There is a company we found that will sell sonic belts and flags to the FCFFL for $49.00 a dozen - any color.

Coaches: email me at tom@iffl.us you want the link.

We DO require that you have SONIC FLAGS. We did not require them in the past or in the IFFL, but going forward because the FCFFL plays at night and with 3 officials it is near impossible to keep up with consistent and accurate spots of the football without being able to hear a "pop" sound as a flag is pulled. If you have any other questions/concerns please feel free to contact me. Thanks!
