Hey can we get the pd for the CHUD team put back to 10. We really only have let up 10 points the other 7 was a result of us filling in for another squad that dropped out. Not a big deal now, but could be later! |

Agreed....I feel that the commish should`ve made the first game a 0-0 tie and given Spalding the victory since they`re known to be pretty good. -10 looks much better and could help us further down the road. Either way, thanks for letting us in........ |

Unless the rulebook has undergone some changes, a team that forfeits a game loses 1-0. Did the Chuds not forfeit game #1? |

We have two teams who inherited an adverse point differential. Vienna went from 0-7 (the slot Chuds took over) to 0-19 (the slot Get Fresh had).
What we could do is remove the 7 points against for Chuds, but Spalding would still keep the 7 points for and 0 against for that game.
For Vienna Inn, we can reduce the points against by 12 (first game 19 to first game 7), but S&S still keeps the 19 points for and 0 points against.
This way the teams who won those games before the division realignment (S&S and Spalding) will not see their point diff affected, and the team that moved divisions (Vienna Inn) would carry their original points against, and the team that stepped in to the gap would assume the loss of the team it is replacing, but not the points penalty against.
A forfeit is 14-0 in the FCFFL and IFFL (our rule on this differs from the National rulebook)
We will discuss this point. |

Tom,
Ahh...Ok, that makes sense. Regarding the forfeits, our rulebook differs from the National one which is where I guess I read that.
As far as the point differential, that would work for us while not affecting the standing of any of the other squads. Thanks for your prompt reply on this Tom, and let us know what you think.
Cheers,
Chuds
