The final score was actually Invequity 14, Gang Green 0. Invequity moved the ball well enough to win and used well timed laterals on receptions and interceptions, a trademark for the entire year, to get extra yards. Invequity picked off Gang Green twice and held Gang Green out of the endzone near the end of the game despite Gang Green having a first and goal. Good pressure on the Gang Green QB all night. Kudos to Invequity. A quick strike to a slot receiver and a lineman toss in the end zone accounted for the TDs. As to Invequity, I cannot remember the last time a team went undefeated through the regular season and the playoffs. And it`s not as if Invequity is full of ringers. Invequity won a bunch of close games, several that went into overtime, and a few on the last play of the game. Overall a good year for the entire B division with a great deal of parity and improved teams. All of which makes Invequity`s achievement of a perfect record and a championship that much more impressive. My hat is off to Invequity. Good show fellas.

Congrats Invequity on a perfect season. I checked you out a couple of times this year, and you brothers can ball!

Are you guys gonna step up to A League next season?

Invequity would like to thank all those in the B league this Fall. As was said, we had a bunch of close games and were challenged throughout. We look forward to the A league next Fall. We have seen a lot of A games and have a lot of respect for the A teams. Hopefully we can be competitive and pay our dues with the big Boys.

To all -- thanks for the congratulatory comments. It was a very rewarding season becuase of the difficult and close games we eeked out over some tough teams. "At the game"`s comments are on point - we are not a bunch of ringers but learned to play well together and use our talent.

As for states -- Yes we do plan to go. We have a few players with conflicts but most of our team is planning to go. However, we are trying to find some players (about 3-5 - all positions) to round out the roster for states. If anyone is interested send me an e-mail at:

thanks
