I played the Srubs in the Spring league in Reston and we shut them down easily. Just watch the double pass, keep outside contain so the QB can`t run (the younger one with the Bandana is quick) and just blitz and you`ll beat them easily.

As far as I can tell, they made it to the semi`s and lost to a very, very good NOVA`s team. I have seen them play a few times...nothing easy about them!
