I`m not mad, that takes far more effort than indifference. How are you able to convince more than 3 people to show up for a flag football practice?

No question, tuff to get a team together for a practice. I`ve got a good group of guys and they know practice makes perfect. Also they hate to lose. Plus the high league fee kinda generates a feeling of wanting to get your money`s worth!
