We`re going to post this into the rules and policy section, but also want to get this out there before the playoffs kick in.
Since we`re keeping the 4 levels of play format, division winners and playoff semifinalists from each level must move up to the next level for the Fall 2007 season. That means 4 or 5 teams move up to the next level. Any other team can also move up to the next level. If your team is returning at least 6 players, its considered the same team even if you change your name.
On the flip side, we do not force teams to move down in level. Teams that wish to move down will be handled on a case by case basis where we evaluate their situation, as will new teams who wish to enter at a higher level.
C League will remain a division for new teams, and teams who elect to stay put if they did not fit the criteria to advance. If there are too many C teams and not enough B teams we will move the C teams from 2006 up to B before moving any new teams.

| Question | 00:08 AM |
How does it work out for the Spring if we want to play then? Must you still move up for that or is it totally different? |
|
| Answer | 10:38 AM |
Last spring was Open, so you`d just play whomever. |
|
| answer2 | 11:56 AM |
they put us in open because we were not a new team but I think if your team is really bad you play in c. |

The entire FCFFL Spring league is open competition - there are no divisions until the playoffs. Are you talking about the IFFL? |

| Question | 2:37 PM |
What if you team has a lucky run in the playoffs but overall have a poor record. Do you still have to move up? |
|
| yep | 4:06 PM |
indeed you do. you were obviously good enough to make the playoffs, and then you were good enough make a run in the playoffs. And in most of these leagues you have to win 2 games to make the semifinals so you probably aren`t that bad of a team. Don`t be scurred, move up. |
|
| that | 5:30 PM |
should not be the case |
|
| I agree | 6:02 PM |
Sometimes fluke teams can win |
|
| No Fluke | 8:46 PM |
History backs "YEP"....Not many "flukes" win divisions and certainly not championships. |
|
| I didn`t | 09:48 AM |
