I don`t know that anyone can know enough about all the teams` free-agent acquisitions at this point to make an intelligent guess about who has had a better off-season. We`ll have to wait for ESPN-12 to start up to provide that kind of coverage.

We dont need anyone to give us anything those are some good teams, The Sharks and Spaulding I know. We dont do to much talking on these sites we play ball we earn our respect on the feild.

Vegas Nights weren`t registered at the time the rankings were made. If they were then they would`ve been in that ranking I`m sure.

Watch out for the Seminoles this year. They played in the C-League last year but are expected to move into the A-League and have very talented players...
