Do the team jersies have to have numbers on both the front and back?
It says so in the rule book, but in practice, is that always the case? |

the rules say yes, but the refs don`t care at all. the actually don`t even care if you have numbers or not, just as long as your colors are opposite of the other team your fine. that`s what one of the refs told me. |

I can recall in last fall season coaches meeting there was to be a rule that all teams needed to wear a number jersey or at least a shirt with a #. However to date none of the refs have enforced that rule in any of the games I`ve played in or seen Spring or Fall.
I think it was to help the refs to actually determine what players couldn`t play due to a suspension etc. Go figure.
Can we get a ref to clarify this issue? |

All jerseys must have embroided numbers, team names, player`s last name and atleast two of the team`s jerseys must have a "C" to indentify the team`s captains. Now shut up and play ball!! |
