One last visit before I head to poolside at the Scottsdale estate. Postseason party invitations will be in the mail soon for the chosen ones. I doubt King/Queen/Jack/Joker LeBron will be in attendance for those who were anxious to solve his Finals meltdown mystery. Seems he`s takin` his talents elsewhere for awhile. I`m still talkin to DWade but he`s in no partyin` mood either. But MCuban`s bringin the Mavs and the Cash so go rush to your mailbox and say a little prayer. Game on tonight. The defending champs and the Miami Sparts eh? This is reality TV. I`m tired of the Kardashians. Hopefully there`s gonna be more playmakin` than smack talkin` but a mix of both is must see TV. I rode TC til they hit the wall, I made a little on the MagPies til they gassed, the NovaPros were a crapshoot and we gamblers like the craps...not the shoots, the Gumps saved Sheri from a full tilt with some Wolvies help but Sir Charles was slick enough to dodge that boobytrap...so here we are. I like the 7 point Mavericks experience, but the Sparts are loaded with athletes. 7 Mavs vets v. SpHeats youth. 7 Mavs consistency v. SpHeats big play capability. 7 Mavs pocket passer v. SpHeats DOVick. I could go on and on but my producer`s giving me the wrap. Let`s ride the quotable hot dawgs (don`t quote me) and take the Sparticos. It`s hard to repeat and the Sparts have overcome all the internal turmoil to come together, manage the misfits, and peak at the right time. They`ll miss a flag or 2, but will hit a couple big plays, DO and his homeboys will yap but stay focused, and the Most Hated Miami Spartans will hoist the Cup tonight to set up an entire offseason of messageboard delight. Gimme 10 G on the Sparts...win and the party list grows...lose and I still have about 4 G`s and my new buddy MCuban to help with the party tab.
