States will be in december. you should get an invitation if you win this league, or fall season. Top teams will all usually get invitations. The state tourny is in Fairfax this year too.

Any team can play in states. You don`t need an invitation. Nationals is invitation only.

You do need a bid to play in states. However between fcffl and iffy spring, fall, regulars season and playoffs Tom has about 30 bids. Out of town all the teams don`t use them. I`m sure more will accept there bids since it`s local. Also factor in teams earn multiple bids but can only accept 1 so that opens up for others.
