Spartans got themselves in trouble by running their mouths and being too physical for flag. However, as a fan not rooting for either side, the refs were heavily in favor of 7 pt. But, Sparta talked themselves in that hole.

were the refs ? In the Outcast/Mac D`s game - the refs made some questionable calls and missed some obvious ones , but they did take away from the game as it seems the refs affected the A game.

Watched the game as well....the refs made the right calls. It`s flag, the Spartans need to learn not to tackle. Three times were called for tackling and the last hit on the QB looked intentional. I`m surprised the Spartans player didn`t get ejected. Couple that and all the arguing Spartans did with the refs...if anything they were easy on them.

Where were the regular refs? Seems like the Ship games should have the best/ most respected refs for those games. Not a time to have guys who are still learning the rules.
