Let`s wrap up a good season. I give props to passassins and Spartans who keep coming out and competing week in and week out. Huskies have shown that they have enough experience to survive an undefeated season in a down year overall talent wise for the league. I do think that there are a legit 4-5 teams that could possibly take home the chip. Here are my projections.

Round 1 (8)Stallions vs. (9)Spartans: Stallions have come on as of late, and Spartans have stayed competitive for most of the year. I`m gonna go with the talent level. Stallions 16 Spartans 7

(7)Bearcats X vs. (10) Passassins: Bearcats even their record out at 4-4. Too athletic and defense leads them to the win. Bearcats X 21 Passassins 6.

ROUND 2

(4)Infamous vs. (5) Northmen: 2 teams with a short history with one another. They had a thrilling 2OT game where Northmen won 28-21 two years ago. Northmen are not the same, where Infamous for the most part, are. I`ve cooled on my Northmen stance, however: Northmen 14 Infamous 13.

(1) Huskies vs. (8)Stallions: Better game than you would suspect given the Stallions made life tough on the Huskies just last week. Huskies survive 13-6.

(2) Truth vs. (7) Bearcats X: Can the Bearcats create enough offense in a game where the best matchup is when Truth has the ball? I`m going with the seasoned team: Truth 20 Bearcats X 10.

(3) Warriors vs. (6) Goldrush: Warriors have too much speed and will limit rushing lanes for Goldrush`s QB. Warriors 24 Goldrush 12.

Round 3

Northmen vs. Huskies. The road ends for Northmen who I do not think match up as well. Huskies control the clock and create at least 1 T.O. Huskies 17 Northmen 10

Truth vs. Warriors. Tough call. Speed and Athletes vs. knowledge and experience. Warriors make 1 or 2 more big plays in this one to win. Warriors 16 Truth 12

CHAMPIONSHIP:

Huskies vs Warriors. What a matchup. Can these teams be any different? Both defenses limit points. Huskies rhythmic quick game vs. Warriors double threat QB. Both teams have experience, however Huskies have not morphed as much. My mind is thinking upset.

Warriors 19 Huskies 14.

However it turns out. Great season all. This league is on life support and all teams this year competed and kept it alive. NOW it is on YOU Josh to end this season on a good note and DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE to wrap up the season in a positive way, reward these teams in the semi`s and finals and hopefully show the teams that are missing to come back!!
