;	Couldn`t find this in the rulebook, is under center snap allowed in this league? How about off center positioning on the field too (ie. start the snap on the field near one end of the field instead of dead in the center of the field)?

;	under center is allowed. The ref will place the sticks on or near the hash marks and you snap the ball from the stick.
