according to Tom, it is a company paid team. I`m not sure why tom let a new team join A for their first season

why are 10 teams in the B playoffs, but only 5 spots are clinched? And why is it not split up...clearly the top 4 in B have separated themselves.

I was wondering that myself (B/B+). By now everything should be clinched as the regular season is over
