The Tournament will be December Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th.

The Host Hotel for the Tournament this year is the

HYATT DULLES
2300 Dulles Corner Blvd
Herndon VA.

The tournament will have a banquet room for the entire weekend, to include the Friday night party which will have all the beer you can drink for $5 along with other stuff.

If for some reason some of the players on any of the FCFFL or IFFL teams want to get a room at the Host hotel you can.

We have 225 rooms blocked at $79 per room under our group name Fairfax Flag Football.

update: I took out one of the steps to make this even simpler.

~~Packets should arrive today~~I have the packets. I have already reached out to those teams who qualified for a bid.

If you are playing in it, I am making this as simple as possible:

1) print out your roster PDF from the roster link on the coach resources menu. (you must be logged in and on your team page)

2) get your team to sign it, then mail it to me or bring it out to me: tonight: ~~TUE (BP#7), tomorrow: WED (ECL#2) or~~ Sunday GMU (F#3/#4) or mail it to me (I messaged my address to coaches)

~~3) I will return the roster to you in the mail, signed off if all is well, along with your team registration page. If you are meeting me at the field I can sign off on everything there.~~

4) I will send the team registration page and your roster to the VFFA in Richmond, and you either (a) pay your tournament entry fee online: CLICK HERE or (b) enclose a money order/cert check to the VFFA with the roster you send/give me.

5) The rest of the information packet (aside from the 2 crucial pages) has been uploaded to the league document library, which you can access here.

;	The State bids are not 100% set yet???? Still waiting to here from all the coaches. Some teams are taking their FCFFL bid instead of the IFFL bid, and other teams that earned a bid said they can`t play so I`m going down the line in order to see if other teams that placed lower in the IFFL want that bid. As soon as ALL IFFL bids are filled I will post them by Spring and Fall.
