;	You do need a bid to play in states. However between fcffl and iffy spring, fall, regulars season and playoffs Tom has about 30 bids. Out of town all the teams don`t use them. I`m sure more will accept there bids since it`s local. Also factor in teams earn multiple bids but can only accept 1 so that opens up for others.
