Teams are currently picking their slots now in this order: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, A3, A4, B3, B4, C3, C4.

No overtime in quarterfinal games. If regulation ends in a tie, the higher seed advances. The refs will explain this at the coin toss.

There WILL be OT in these games if necessary.

Its not the first time we`ve done this - we only have most fields for 3 hours and playing 2 quarterfinals a night (you can only sched 2 games in case of OT) would require 6 field nights for quarterfinals vs 4 and at this point we don`t have the margin to accomodate this.

Another solution would be to limit playoffs to the top 6 teams (vs 8), but I think most would agree that would be worse than "no overtime in the quarterfinals".

Then your team should have done better in the regular season. I think everyone would like to play overtime but this seems like the best solution given our limited amount of time. Now would I be saying this if we were the lower seed.....maybe not.... haha

this also gives the incentive to play harder in the regular season and not sandbag like the miami sparta did

didnt sand bag, they got beat multiple times by the better team
